180 Newcastle Motor Yacht: This Yacht is designed to carry an owner's party of twelve (12) with six (6) luxury owner’s and guest staterooms. These consist of two Master Staterooms, one on the upper deck with 270 degree view and the other on the main deck featuring eight oval windows almost 2 meters tall for spectacular ocean views. The crew accommodations for 12 in 7 cabins. The lower deck of the vessel shall be equipped with a tender garage in the lazarette with access via a transom door with an overhead mounted davit and tender transfer provisions, a Main Machinery space, Guest Staterooms and Crew cabins and work areas. The Main Deck will have an expansive extended Main Salon and Dining area & the ships Galley. The Upper Deck will have a panoramic Sky Lounge area, a service pantry, the Captain's Cabin and an additional spacious Master Owner's Stateroom. The Bridge Deck will have the wheelhouse and the ship's office spaces. The Sun Deck will have ample seating and European lounging spaces including a full service wet bar and an infinity custom edge pool spa. This deck will also house the MCA rescue launch required by the CISR while the vessel is operating under charter.
