Description: Kadey Krogen 48 North Sea Walkaround Trawler
Gotta Smile has recently been gone over and completely polished up and simply shines inside and out. Not just a wax job but a complete renewing of the Awlgrip trim, renewed gel coat all over the boat and restored aluminum pilothouse doors to like new finish. She needs nothing but a new destination for her next owners.

Gotta Smile's experienced current owners have enjoyed cruising a good deal of the loop, the ICW north to south, and Dry Tortugas in Florida to the southern reaches of the Eastern Carribean. Gotta Smilie's full walk around deck allows unlimited docking options at marinas including Med ties in the islands. Custom 19' clearance radar arch allows easy transit of ICW bridges from New York to Miami. Custom AE improvements added are hand railing for steps from salon to pilot house, staples on swim platform for easy and safe on/off to dinghy, and custom folding steps from pilothouse to upper deck. Avon dinghy is AE friendly too with steering console that allows for easy boarding and also has a comfortable seat with back rest. Explore the shallowest waters with power trim and depth finder.

Gotta Smile is an excellent example of a well maintained Krogen North Sea. Her two stateroom, two head layout is ideal for cruising with family and friends, but she is just as easily handled by the cruising couple. She has all the amenities and components necessary for extended cruising and living aboard, from her custom interior to chilled water air conditioning, from her custom radar arch to her TRAC Stabilizers, Gotta Smile is complete in every respect. If you are committed to making your cruising dreams a reality you could not ask for a more capable or comfortable blue water, long range trawler yacht.

The Krogen 48' North Sea was and is a masterpiece that so furthered the legacy of the groundbreaking Krogen 42' that she very often is the choice of retiring professional mariners, naval architects, experienced transoceanic voyagers and circumnavigators, and even those new to the cruising lifestyle. These owners know that the Krogen 48' North Sea is a ruggedly capable yet comfortably liveable trawler yacht that has logged countless voyages both to far-flung ports and those close to home. If you encounter the Krogen 48' North Sea near your docks, strike up a conversation with the owner or crew. Chances are you'll find an interesting person with seagoing knowledge and experience, and great confidence and pride in this vessel.
