Why pay for an expensive pen and club fees when you can take it home !!!!

This gem presents beautifully, imported from NZ. This boat has not been used much at all ever, and for the most part was kept in a purpose-built garage. Fiberglass is in amazing condition all around.... Sunnies required on deck. No anti-foul. Boat has pop-top for added headroom. Full marine canvas covers with zip access for when on trailer.

Dual battery system with two deep-cycle maintenance-free AGM 120 amp/hr batteries. Batteries charged by a 120 Watt solar panel mounted on a stainless custom made "targa bar" through a Plasmatronics PL20 regulator. Solar panel framed such that it can be tilted in all directions to face the sun 'square-on'. The targa bar is set at the prefect height to facilitate stepping the mast. One-man mast stepping is a doddle. The outboard motor can also be used to charge batteries through a separate regulator, but so far, never needed. One can select which battery to charge by whichever method, while also being able to select which house battery to use, along with a digital voltmeter.

LED lights throughout the cabin as well as external navigation lights ensuring minimum battery draw. Four 12v power supply sockets in the cabin, both 'merit' and 'cigarette-lighter' types. Original roll-out food bins with Engel fridge compressor fitted, and fridge bin properly insulated. Heavier-duty power supply point to cabin forward right location, for an alternative/second camping fridge.

Very recently replaced the cabin carpet (lush good quality), to complement matching curtains with maroon upholstery. Spare carpet offcuts and curtain material. Original 'stowable' foldout table. Double rope bags on both sides. Synthetic 'wood' rungs on boarding ladder - gentler on the feet.

A foot-pump as well as an electrical pump for hands-free water supply with convenient switch. Keel winch has duplicated dyneema-type rope fitted for redundancy along with the usual additional safety back-up rope.

A fantastic custom-made "boom-tent", that doesn't use the boom, offers welcome shade, opening up a huge extra obstruction-free living area when at anchor. The boom is swung to one side out of the way. The tiller arm has a "fold-up" hinge keeping the tiller arm clear of the cockpit when at anchor.

Blue-tooth, Tacktick MN100 (Raymarine) instruments for wind, depth and speed (value around $2,500). As new (only used a couple of times) GME GX600A VHF radio with new antenna high-mounted on the targa bar. Hardly used Raymarine ST1000+ auto-helm works a treat for single-handed sailing.

Rudder blade hinging has been adjusted to lesson tiller pressures as per known Noelex modification, as well as pulley system to facilitate lifting the rudder. A full-length complement of cockpit cushions - very comfortable.

Since the boat has hardly been used over the years, the original mainsail and jib are in excellent condition. Recently purchased a brand new spinnaker and genoa from Peter Green sails and fitted all new associated rigging along with spinnaker and whisker poles. There is also a spinnaker "sock" (snuffer) only ever used once. New mainsail and boom cover. Rigging, forestay and side shroud wires were recently replaced, along with new Ronstan turn-buckles preventing bending when stepping the mast. All up-hauls/halyards etc. Are 6mm spectra and as new.

Trailer is a beaut, built strong and galvanized, fully roadworthy and licensed in WA. Trailer lights are LED 'immersable'. Tyres are truck-type with minimal mileage, fitted on "mags". Brand new spare wheel, galvanised rim - never used. Trailer winch is as good as new with Dyneema rope.

Outboard is a low-time Yamaha F9.9J four-stroke with high thrust prop. Outboard currently only has 30 hrs usage and serviced. Outboard tilt-up has very convenient easy-to-use customised latching system. Yamaha pushes boat along comfortably at low revs and very economical consumption. Original prop is spare.

An inflatable dinghy is included, (without motor). Peace of mind with Manson Supreme anchor. Also included, a pair of monogrammed towels!!!!!

Truly a great boat and is ready to go - just add water. Set up for single-handed sailing. You can watch a video showing Serenity in action - Go to Noelex Yacht Assoc. Site- click on link, in "Recent Posts" found top right hand corner of the Home Page - entitled "Video of N25 #767, trip to Rottnest Island, Perth WA - just paradise".

I have spent a lot of time and money on Serenity - she is in great shape. There are several extra bits included such as spare anchor, porta-loo, cooker etc. - the usual stuff.
