Fenwicks Houseboat 35 Sundeck River Cruiser - Cathedral Hull

"Sal" was built and lovingly launched in 1984. A 35 foot full fibreglass river cruiser. The ever popular and stable cathedral tri hull. Constructed by the Fenwicks family of the Hawkesbury in Sydney.
A BRAND NEW 30 horsepower 4 stroke Mercury professionally installed just this year. Less then ten hours use and still under warranty of course. A comprehensive recent insurance survey available for viewing which details the entire boat.
These vessels are rare! Stable, incredibly manageable and practical for all applications. Sal offers accomodation for up to 6 adults comfortably. A double berth at the helm, a collapsible dining arrangement (as photographed) and two adult size bunks at the stern adjacent to stairway cabin entry. Fully equipped galley. Shower and toilet facilities. A huge upper deck area. A bow seating nook for those breezy river cruisers. Sal is truly a little gem and very versatile. A private mooring in a idealic location.
