SPACIOUS MODERN AQUATIQUE LIVING WITH A DIFFERENCE
This Bruce Harris designed houseboat is perfect for holidays afloat or waterfront living at its best.
Recently undergoing a major refit which included almost every section of this vessel, she now sports engines that are virtually double in power to the ones that were replaced, superstructure panelling that reduced her weight by at least 2 tonnes and a modern light-filled décor that is perfectly stylish for your new home-away-from-home.
- Open living areas that merge with the outdoor spaces
- Sumptuous furnishings that give you that beach house feeling
- Two independent lounge areas allowing larger groups some separation
- Sleeping for a minimum of four with a master bedroom and a convertible lounge
- "Aquatique" offers ability to cruise sheltered waterways with the peace of mind offered by near-new Mercury 40hp FourStroke Command Thrust engines.
The standard Mercury FourStroke engines provide a powerful, economic, reliable and perfectly capable engine for most applications however the Command Thrust version fitted to this vessel sit deeper in the water, sport a larger four-bladed prop with a lower gear ratio and they provide unmatched thrust and manoeuvrability.
Combined with the props being set so far apart, "Aquatique" can be pivoted around on her own length with ease and offers plenty of support for the skipper during tight docking.
Equipped with a large portable generator, an inverter with two house battery banks and the ability to charge your batteries from shore power, power needs are well catered for.
The galley style kitchen is located on the starboard side of the main deck between the forward lounge and the master bedroom. It includes double stainless-steel sinks, domestic style fridge/freezer and a microwave. There is space in the bathroom for a washer/dryer should you desire.
Tankage includes two massive water tanks totalling 2,000 litres storage, a black-water holding tank and a 25 litre poly tank for each outboard engine.
Anyone who loves a sleep in will greatly appreciate the double blinds on each window that offer you the choice of sunscreen or total blockout.
