It sleeps up to 6 people, includes a private queen master cabin, full-height bathroom (electric flush toilet, shower, vanity, mirror, exhaust fan), upgraded lithium/solar/inverter electrical system, Big Duck inflatable tender and 4ph Suzuki outboard, safety gear, recent antifoul, new anodes, and access to a fully maintained Kyeemagh mooring with secure access, tender facility, slipway, working wharves and wash-down area for only $1,225 per year.

The boat has been a genuine lifestyle boat for us and has proven extremely versatile for both sport and cruising. It is equally suited to relaxed harbour days, fishing trips, family weekends, entertaining friends, or extended time on the water.

The cabin layout is excellent for a boat of this size and comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. It includes a private aft master cabin with queen-size bed with cupboards and storage, convertible dinette, and additional forward berth. The full-height bathroom includes a shower, electric flush toilet, vanity, and hot and cold water, making overnight and extended stays comfortable and practical. The upper deck area comfortably accommodates 7 seated guests + 1 skipper and is licensed to carry 11 total capacity.

The galley is well equipped with a microwave oven, dual-fuel stove, basin, cupboards and ample storage, and new 57L Engel fridge, providing everything needed for weekends or longer trips away. The dining area comfortably seats 5 people, extra storage under seats, and LED mood and party lighting for the main cabin.

A major feature of this boat is the upgraded electrical system. It has new house electrics and battery management, a 300Ah LiFePO4 lithium battery, 3000W 240V inverter, and 2 x 150W solar panels. This gives excellent off-grid capability and makes the boat far more usable away from shore power.

Option to continue with the Kyeemagh mooring on the Cooks River, Botany Bay is another major advantage. It provides secure and sheltered access close to Botany Bay and Sydney waterways. The annual mooring membership includes use of a tender to access the boat, slip facilities where you can do your own work, working wharves, easy-access jetty and wash-down facility. At only $1,225 per year, it represents excellent ongoing value compared with typical marina berthing costs.
