Description: CruiseCraft Executive 800 WITHOUT A DOUBT - ONE OF THE BEST EXECUTIVE 800'S Encumbrance Check?
"Next Thursday" was fully refitted over a three year period with attention given to all systems. The boat is one of the best of it's type we have seen in the country and is a turn key cruising option for anyone considering a low maintenance cruiser.

Being one of the last built in 1990 this boat has all of the upgrades you would expect. Including the more powerful and fuel efficient Volvo four cylinder 130hp diesel engine that has had extensive work done including overhaul of fuel system, cooling system including raw water cooling and heat exchanger, rebuilt raw water pump, gearbox, upgraded engine wiring system, installation of engine room fire system, remote kill switch, new upgraded alternator and starter motor, engine mounts - the list goes on. During the refit special attention was paid to ensure the service items were easily accessible making servicing simple.

The wiring system was also completely upgraded with nearly 650 amp hours of battery storage installed. The boat has 500w of solar charging with an MPPT charger, a 240v smart charger (we seldom use as the solar makes us self sufficient) and a smart charge controller on the alternator that charges the start battery first then charges the house batteries.

There is a 240v inverter for the microwave, smart battery monitoring via your phone and an LCD battery display. The upgrade also resulted in the installation of new switch panels with built in circuit protection for each circuit, LED lights throughout with night vision protection on nearly all the lights, LED floodlights to the front and rear of the boat, LED floodlight for anchor management, USB charging - the list goes on.

"Next Thursday" has an extensive suit of electronics. With a Raymarine E120 high speed network chart plotter with sonar module and a new transducer, GPS functionality with map card and 2kw radar you are in complete control of your location regardless of day or night. The high end fish finder functions also satisfy the fisherman. With the simple addition of an AIS module you can complete the electronics suite with the vessel Automatic Identification System.

We also installed a Raymarine auto helm system that allows the skipper to pay attention not only to the vessels course but to system management while also creating a relaxing environment. The gauges were relocated to ensure they are easy to read from the helm position.

Internally the boat has sleeping for up to five with a double bed and a one and a half be forward along with a bathroom. The plumbing for the bathroom was upgraded with a new 12v macerating toilet fitted. There is a hot and cold shower and upgraded shower sump.

In the main cabin, there is seating for four at the dining table. The table can extend or retract to give additional space. The galley has plenty of storage for all your food an cutlery with additional storage space below the dining setting. A 240v microwave running of the inverter sits on the bench to the rear of the galley.

There is a huge fridge / freezer that was completely rebuilt with a 12v system running of the batteries. This allows for plenty of storage for ice bricks, drinks, food and fish. This is located under the rear seat in the dining space with access from both the top and side.

The anchoring system was upgraded with sixty meters of quality chain refitted as well as a rebuild of the Muir 12v anchor winch and a completely replaced bowsprit. The side windows on the boat were rebuilt by the manufacturer and upgraded sliding windows were refitted.

The rear cockpit has plenty of storage cupboards with a tender outboard bracket fitted, along with a hot and cold deck shower. The hotwater system is under the back deck and operates as a heat exchanger with the engine. It takes around 15 to 20 minutes to have enough hot water for at least two showers.

The duckboard was also upgraded during the refit with an underslung ladder to ensure an easy entry to the boat when swimming.

The topdeck had a rebuilt radar mast with two super bright led spotlights for night driving and a stainless steel tender holder with an infaltable Zodiac Cadet tender.

The antifoul was completely stripped and four coats of epoxy applied along with fresh antifoul. Two coats of antifoul will be applied prior to the boat selling.

The boat has approx. 200lt's of fuel and 400lt's of water capacity.
