This 1995 36' Modularcraft has been completely overhauled by its current owner and has been set up for cruising, fishing and entertaining which it does in spades.

Stepping onto the teak laid boarding platform there is a stainless steel ladder for swimming and a transom door to secure the cockpit when underway.

The aft deck is also teak laid and features an abundance of rod storage for the keen fisho's. There is also a sink with new faucet for washing up whilst entertaining or fishing.

On the port side there is a raised area with settee with table perfect for dining outside or reading the paper on saturday morning. Opposing this is a lovers lounge at the helm which has exceptional visibility forward and aft, making docking a breeze.

Featuring a Axiom 12' chartplotter in a custom mounted dash finding fish and navigating will be a breese, and speaking of breeze the new replaced clears are removable to allow the wind to flood through helm and cockpit whilst underway or closed in poor weather conditions.

The canvas bimini has also been replaced and there is full covers for the vessel when stored.

Powering the vessel are two big block V8 300 HP Volvo Penta's which push the boat along at well over 35 knots. Bring the throttles back and relax, we found a nice cruise of around 23 knots.

Down below the vessel has had all upholstery replaced, new fridge and completely new wiring & plumbing. The layout is very workable with a informal dining on the starboard side with opposing galley to port. This has large storage and lots of preparation space. Foward is a v berth with privacy screen, natural ventilation. There is extended ventilation in the saloon also.

Aft is a large bunk with a lounge opposite which doubles as a single bed for extra guests.

So summarising, you have a sub 40' vessel, completely refitted with new upholstery, engines completely overhauled, new wiring, generous seating for guests, bunks for 7 if you drop the inside table and uniquely a fishing cockpit with the benefits of table and lounging separate. Overall a great all rounder that will certainly provide plenty of fun out on the water.
