"A Touch Of Paradise" is a modern WA-built flybridge cruiser with a tasteful and luxurious fit out. Launched in 1999, she would be one of Northshore's later vessels to leave the factory. The previous owner spent thousands installing brand new Volvo Penta D6-435 motors in 2012 and more recently a new Westerbeke 8kva genset with only 462 hours showing!
The Northshore 42 is very similar to ThomasCraft 40/43, AM43, Precision 43 etc. Would suit Bertram Caribbean buyers.
The repower changed the performance completely, now reaching speeds over 30 knots and economically cruising at 22 knots, burning approximately 75LPH combined. This makes for a very cost effective trip to Rotto and back with complete comfort and reliability! The Volvos have done just 450 hours from new.
The Northshore 42 has plenty of accommodation for a family of four, with a large master bed forward, a double and single bunk in the guest cabin to starboard and convertible sofas in the saloon. The aft deck is spacious and great for entertaining, with easy access to the saloon via twin sliding doors. There is a large eutectic fridge and a domestic deep freeze on deck, plus a eutectic in the flybridge too, you'll never be short of cold beers and wine!
The vendor has just completed an antifoul and propspeed plus a full service so this vessel is turn key ready! You will not have to spend anything for at least another year, simply jump on board and enjoy!
A highly desirable Hillarys pen is available with the vessel and she is priced to sell. Be sure to enquire with Oceaneer Marine Brokers for more information and to book an inspection. (08) 9243 6373
