This boat was repowered with twin 8.1 litre Mercruiser Horizon petrol engines in 2007. In May last year the boat has undergone an extensive engine out rebuild. Both engines were refurbished with all new components as necessary. All receipts are available upon request. It was fitted with new shafts, new shaft seals, new cutlass bearings, new stainless steel engine mount beds and all new engine mounts.
This boat features twin forward and aft cabins, and the saloon and rear deck seating convert to beds as well. The head has a full stand up shower. The galley features twin 12 volt fridges and there is a separate 12 volt drinks fridge on the rear deck. As an American made boat, the cooktop, air conditioner, and hot water heater run on 120 volts. It has a 5 kva remote start Kohler generator in the engine room to run appliances at sea, and a step down transformer to run appliances on shore power. It has a large holding tank for toilet waste so you can live on board while visiting a marina and discharge waste in open water. The boat has also been fitted with after-market Sideshift bow and stern thrusters to take the stress out of docking the boat. The tender and outboard are less than two years old. It has new front and side clears, new canvas bimini roof and new shade covers for the side and front windows.
This is the perfect all-rounder boat for enjoying the Whitsunday Islands. It has all the necessary creature comforts including air conditioning for those hot still nights. It cruises comfortably at 22 knots so will get you to your destination quickly. Take it for a day trip or a multiple night cruise and throw in a night at Hamilton Island. As a slightly older boat it does show signs of its age cosmetically but these are minor. All the running gear and important components of this boat are in excellent condition. There really is nothing left to spend unless you want to upgrade some of the electronics.
