Description: Adams 52 - ICEBERG - Encumbrance Check?
November out of water insurance survey comments as follows:
"THIS CLASSIC OFFSHORE CRUISER/RACER IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION FOR 2 MAIN REASONS, BEING THE QUALITY OF THE ORIGINAL BUILD AND THE EXCELLENT CARE AND MAINTENANCE SHE HAS RECEIVED OVER HER LIFE PLUS EQUIPMENT/MACHINERY UPDATES"
ICEBERG is a strong, resilient and graceful sailing yacht. She has been meticulously constructed in aluminimum with rigid framing and stringers; and plated with 5mm aluminimum plating. Built for the Sydney to Hobart, everything is effectively engineered to ensure watertight and weathertight integrity is maintained. Additionally, ICEBERG is a comfortable cruising yacht. Very suited to heavy ocean conditions, yet she still sails well in light airs in calm waters. She has 2 companion access hatches, equipped galley, comfortable saloon for a family, private cabins and 6" 4' headroom throughout. ICEBERG has been set up for 2 people to handle with an electric sail winch.
A perfect live aboard or getaway sailing yacht.
Also, if the purchaser wants to use ICEBERG for charter, she has an AMSA certificate of operation for 12 pax and 3 crew overnight.
As part of the sale, the current owners are pleased to offer a handover briefing for 1 month after sales assistance.
