'Caspian' is a fine example of this world popular yacht which was voted the Best Value Mid Size Cruiser by Cruising World. Built in 2005, I am the second owner and have kept her in excellent condition for the past ten years.
She has in mast furling and is easily handled by a couple. A wing keel allows easy access and egress to the marina at most tides. The vessel comes with all original manuals, service history and a CD of Catalina Technical Notes.
In 2014, two new 260ah AGM batteries were installed and a new genoa with luff foam was fitted. The Manson anchor (spare) has been replaced with a Rocna and 50m of 8mm chain. Extras include cockpit cushions, cockpit shower, five large fenders, safety gear, a stainless BBQ, 12 volt TV and ariel, Boss sound system and a Quicksilver 2.70 Air Deck inflatable with a 3.3hp Mercury outboard which has done less than 20 hours.
Caspian has just been hauled out (14th August 2019) polished, prop speeded, new anodes, antifouled and is ready to go cruising.
