Description: Compass 29 "Edris"
Strong, simple-to-sail keeler in good condition. With her long keel, "Edris" will give a wonderfully comfortable and very safe ride in all conditions. Accomodation for six, diesel inboard engine and comfortable fitout.

Compass Yacht established a huge reputation, first with the Compass 28 and later with the 29, a refinement of the 28 with firmer bilges, a foot more beam, 2m headroom and 30cm longer overall length. "Edris" was in the hands of her original owner for 34 years and was maintained in original condition. Subsequent owners have updated the electronics, and maintained the engine but otherwise she is very much as delivered, with nice timber work and a good quality fibreglass finish. Most recently the upholstery was renewed and new carpet installed. She would benefit from a bit more modernising but will reward a new owner with safe, reliable sailing and easy handling in all conditions.

If you are looking for a production fibreglass yacht with fine sea-keeping characteristics and good resale, we recommend an inspection.
