This boat preasents as new after a seven year refurbish, was launched in 2005 after a fifteen year build as time & funds were available.
Absolutely no effort or expense spaired to complete this project. Used lightly for 4 or 5 years, all bugs /problems resolved. Unfortunately
my circumstances changed & she became unused. Not good for such a special boat as she should be in the hands of some folks who
will bring out her full coastal cruising potential. She is a basic boat waiting for a new owner to add thier own personal touch. She is supplied
with good ground tackle and is ready to go. Existing electronics are outdated so are irrevelant.
She is to be sold AS IS, WHERE IS, the cost of getting her in the water and out again quite prohibitive.
She is the last of about 6 glass hulled couta boats manufactured in the Noosa area midd to late 80's. They were 24ft. On was cut & shut
to 26ft, Susan now gorne to Pittwater under another name. I sailed on her extensively hence decided to order my own design cabin cruising version with the extended fantail which the hull builders moulded very skillfully. The rest I created WITH A LITTLE HELP FROM MY FRIENDS. The mould has dissapeared, so SORITA will never be replaced. Composite glass/timber makes a vey easy to maintain pretty boat
