This unique 20ft sailboat is ready to set off on your next adventure. I've converted this boat into a comfortable weekend cruiser, perfect for trips to Rottnest or coastal cruising. Due to her fixed keel and exceptional width for her size, she feels very stable in the water.

The boat is designed by Hill & Cameron. I believe this model to be released in 1982. This is the fixed keel version.

The boat has had a lot of work done to her over the past months including:
-Fibreglass encapsulated keel (Cast
Iron)
-Completely re-fibreglassed rudder & new tiller.
-New mast support poles
-New Automatic bilge pump.
-New Bow roller.
-New Swimming ladder.
-New Stanchions & wire railing.
-New 50L fresh water tank.
-New 12v battery system with 110w solar power and a 115ah deep cycle battery.
-New tricolor mast light.
-New Fish finder with depth sounder & GPS.

Sail inventory:
-2 main sails.
-5 jib Sails
-2 spinnakers
Condition of sails varies but is good overall.

Comes with a 5hp Yamaha two stroke that has recently been fully serviced (new impellor, oil change & salt flush).

Also comes with a trailer (not registered) that would be perfect as a Jinker if you would want to have the boat on a hard stand somewhere. Fresh antifoul march 2022.
