Rare most excellent condition Holland 25 plus 4 version with 4 extra inches of headroom, as every inch counts! SUPER maintained and ready for Bill and Teds next excellent adventure (Or Roger and Sally's)
Annual just completed in mid dec and 5 yr insurance survey only months old. Photos are current get what u see, No expense spared on maintenance over the years by me and the last owners. There has never been osmosis and the hull and deck ALWAYS comes up super condition, moisture levels all good and its a known Hobson bay YC yacht just ask around. I also have successive insurance surveys spanning 15 years to show the continued good condition of this yacht. This has always been a good quality example of a Holland 25. I have core samples of deck after putting in airvents and looks like it was built yesterday
Setup for single handed sailing and a very competitvie club racer against other Holland 25's with an extended keel that shaved off 10mins for every previous hour of racing apparently (I've never raced it just cruise)! Excellent set of sails being a kevlar racing #1 that flies in appropirate winds and dacron #1,#2,#3 and #4, mailsail and a spinnaker thats not been used by me it goes fast enough as is! Helmet recommended! Also has sleeping 'dont fall out galley berth pole and canvas'. Low maintenance extremely light inboard seawater cooled engine. Forward v berth and two rear berths and enough room in galley for a lanky mate, elec toilet, new blidge blower, great winches, depth, good qaulity halyards, reliable engine, brand new antifoul, new hull polish and wax, deck so clean you will need sunglasses and allround clean good qaulity no faults boat. Good safeties with in date flares, VHS radio, a danbouy AND horseshoe chuck at ya drunk overboard mate floation ring, a number of lifevests, fire extinguishers, manual blidge pump all working and some new still in box. Solar panel and a house and engine battery.
Rigging was replaced around 6 years ago and checked! New anchor chain and rode installed just now. Spend your time sailing and not having to fix things.
