Just Listed, 2002 Hylas 46 for sale with Flagstaff Marine. " Léa Seydoux" is a stunning example of this brilliant blue water cruiser design. She has everything you need to self-sufficiently take you anywhere you want to go.
Designed by German Frers and introduced in 1995, the Hylas 46 is a powerful cruising yacht for sailors with ambitious cruising plans, who desire quality workmanship, great lines and comfortable offshore sailing. Set up to be easily sailed single handed or by a couple, this Centre cockpit 2-stateroom, 5-berth layout has 2-large heads, a spacious salon and large galley for very comfortable cruising under any conditions. Important for long range cruising, this yacht has large tankage and substantial storage. The yacht has been meticulously maintained by its owner and is very well equipped.
Each Hylas 46 is semi-custom built by Queen Long Marine who have been building quality yachts since 1979. Builders of such yachts in the past as the Kelly Peterson 44 & 46, Stevens 40 and 47 and the Hylas line of 42,44/45.5,& 51 and their current line which includes the 46,49,54 (now 56) and 70 yachts, Queen Long Marine has a continuous record of building high quality, semi-custom premium yachts and provides outstanding support for all owners. The exclusivity of the yacht is supported by the fact that she is the only Hylas 46 for sale in the Southern hemisphere.
"Léa Seydoux" has numerous custom features, modifications, upgrades and equipment that distinguish her from similar Hylas 46's and other yachts in her class. Cutter rigged, Selden in-mast electric furling, electric winches, and an extensive suite of electronics make her extremely easy to be safely sailed short-handed. While in calendar years she is 19-years old, you would never know it as she is brilliant condition and carefully maintained. The replacement cost makes this yacht exceptional value.
