If you are looking for a well-built heavily rigged seaworthy cruising yacht, then this 1995 10.0m canoe stern sailing vessel would fit the bill.

The owner continues to maintain the vessel to a good seaworthy condition, and she is fresh from a slip and antifoul in November 2020, where at the same time the boat was checked over by a surveyor.

The interior provides a forward V berth, an additional single quarter berth and electric toilet and shower. A well-equipped galley features gas cooking and refrigeration, and there is a comfortable saloon with folding table and couch.

The 30hp Lister Petter diesel was rebuilt in 2017 and has performed roughly 400 hours since. New batteries were installed in 2019, and a new Plotter was installed late 2020. This vessel is well rigged, and the sails are in good condition. There is a complement of safety gear including a life raft (not in current service).

The owner has lived aboard and sailed the Queensland coast. He is looking to sell to upsize to a larger vessel. This is good buying at this price.
