Description: Swarbrick S80 1/4 share in classic yacht - Lavender Bay
1/4 share offered in this classic S80 Swarbrick cruising/racing yacht located on one of the best moorings in Lavender Bay, Sydney.

Join a happy group of owners who get along very well.

Weekend days are rostered giving you the boat at least once a fortnight on the weekend and shared with one other through the week. This boat can easily be sailed by one person.

Sea Ya has had a complete rigging replacement including mast by Sydney Rigging, a Kevler main, a Kevler no 1, a Dacron No 3, a new lightweight symmetrical spinnaker plus an MPS (multi-purpose spinnaker), which can be easily hoisted and lowered (all of these sails are lightly used in only a dozen races).

This is a competitive yacht that can be raced successfully if you wish or just cruise in a beautifully responsive boat.

The boat currently has a No 2 on a furler for ease of cruising.

The finest instrumentation includes a BandG Zeus 3 chartplotter, plus BandG Triton 2 wind speed and depth, AIS transmitting and receiving, inbuilt hf radio plus am/fm radio.

Over $40,000 was spent by the previous owner on upgrading this boat in the last four years.

Also comes with an inflatable Mercury 240 dinghy.

Monthly running costs are approximately $100 per partner.

2017 Survey available.

Share New Years Eve on a rotational basis... From this mooring the views of Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House are unsurpassed!
