A share is available for purchase in this successful Nantucket 33 syndicate which is fully owned and managed by the syndicate owner and operates from Hamilton Island Marina.

This is your opportunity to purchase one of ten equal syndicate shares which is the most affordable sailing possible in the Whitsundays. Just fly directly into Hamilton Island, stock up and you are on your way.

The Nantucket 33 sleeps five with a spacious aft double cabin, plus an additional forward double cabin. There is a fully equipped galley with gas cooking, refrigeration and hot/cold water, plus comfortable seating around a large saloon table.

A 2022 model 30hp Yanmar inboard diesel delivers economical cruising. Rigging and sails are all in serviceable condition. There is a Rigid hull RIB and Yamaha outboard to complete the package. The vessel is slipped and antifouled annually.

Everything is provided as part of the syndicate including cutlery and bedding. All you need to supply is supply the food and refreshments. By far the cheapest four weeks sailing around the beautiful Whitsunday islands you will find. Annual syndicate fees are only $3,500.00 and there's no lock in periods meaning you can buy and sell your share whenever you are ready. Syndicate share No's: There's a total of ten shares in the syndicate and the vendor is selling one whole share.

Annual Syndicate Fees: Annual syndicate fees are $3,500.00 per annum inclusive of taxes and charges. Fees are invoiced to the share owner annually around March following the AGM.

Please note: At the time of settlement, a pro-rata fee will be calculated for the remainder portion of the syndicate fees which have already paid for by the Seller, which will be charged to the Buyer in addition to the purchase price of the share.

Share Usage Rights: The owner of one share is entitled to four (4) weeks usage of the vessel per calendar year.

Syndicate approval: The syndicate requires that a prospective shareholder must be approved by at least two of the remaining shareholders, in addition to the Seller. The prospective syndicate member should be able to satisfy the other members that a suitable level of boat handling experience and maturity is present.

Syndicate By-Laws: The prospective syndicate member will be required to sign acceptance of the Syndicate By-Laws.
