A trailable house boat 7.9M in excellent condition. Never Antifouled always stored on either Air lifter while on private jetty or Trailer. Has just had yearly hull polish and clean up. Recently installed larger 5mm safety glass front door window for clearer vision from helm seat. Off grid 240v power supply in October 22. Motors both 60hp serviced late 2023.(only done 138hrs total). Easy Tow Trailer has had very little work and is also in excellent condition. Would suit new boat buyer. Being situated in Mandurah WA, would consider possible assistance with towing interstate ( subject to time of sale etc) if so required.
