Genesis is an entry level one-bedroom, one-bathroom, open plan houseboat packed with many features. With a ready to sell price point, this boat won't last long on today's market.

As you approach the vessel you will notice the high freeboard and large pontoons that were fully painted with new anodes fitted in January 2020. This vessel will come with gas, electrical and EPA compliances.

Although this houseboat requires some exterior restoration work, it is still useable and is priced accordingly. This is a walk in - walk out purchase.

As you enter the vessel there is a modern expansive open plan kitchen, dining, lounge, and helm area, with vinyl plank floors throughout. The large kitchen has plenty of laminate bench and cupboard space, with a stainless splashback. There is a four-person dining suite which could cater for more, two-seater sofa bed, the helm has all standard Honda instrumentation and Hydrive hydraulic steering system.

The bedroom is located at the rear of the boat and has built in storage. The large bathroom is located directly opposite, with a shower that has a glass door and moulded floor, a vanity unit, more storage, and a household toilet.

The rear deck has two storage sheds and leads to the swim platform. This is gated with the boat having vertical steel railing throughout.
