There is no such thing as to much room on a boat and with the Caribbean 2700's open cockpit layout room is certainly one thing you have. Fitted with fold away seating on both the Port and Starboard side as well as the transom you can set the boat up as a social lounge area or an uncluttered open cockpit. The forward helm seating also houses a sink unit with pressurised water and storage below while the passenger side has a large insulated ice box.
