"RA" is a beautiful, 3 cabin 2 bathroom owners version, highly equipped yacht for liveaboards. We are the second owners, with the first 6 years the boat living in Sydney waters only. Since 2021 we have upgraded extensively and lived aboard for the past year, sailing the East coast from Melbourne to The Whitsundays. "RA" has never been chartered, damaged or been in a hurricane.

The Lagoon 39 is easily manoeuvred and sailed. We have upgraded almost every facet of the boat.

We added a stainless steel 316 framed 2000 W solar system on top of the factory issued solar panels. This provides a dual function in providing additional shade and protecting the dinghy. There is a bank of 16kW LifePo batteries in addition to the existing house bank of 600 Ah AGM, a 5kw Victron MultiPlis II Inverter with a remote mounted in the NavDesk, including Victron Cerbo GX for easy display of the solar and battery status.

A Watermaker Australia 160 litre per hour water maker is installed, with spare parts easily available at Bunnings.

Inside we have added a Samsung 32" Smart TV as well as a new Fusion MSRA770 wifi and Bluetooth enabled radio. Brand new white LED lighting strips in all cabins and saloon. An additional 75L Brass Monkey fridge/freezer.

For communication we have a top of mast mounted Teltonika RUT14 LTE/WIFI router with 2 SIM. We also have Starlink. New VHF mast antenna.

New larger 33Kg Rocna anchor. High pressure Karcher washer and new deck wash down kit.

A gas barbecue and wooden bench top area added at the rear allows for easy entertaining.

Bimini clears as well as cockpit clears and shade have been added in 2022. Larger helm seat with back added.

There is a lightweight twin tub washing machine in the forward locker.

We also have a 136 sqm Parasailor for fast downwind sailing with added blocks and 2 additional Harken winches at the stern.

New Loftnet 15x15mm mesh trampoline installed June 2023. Custom comfortable mats to fit trampoline.

Brand new Highfield 290 classic dinghy (2023) Tohatsu 20hp engine, 12litre fuel tank with beachmaster wheels.

Selling with many extras (if wanted ) such as life jackets, kitchen plates, utensils and lots more.
