DEFEVER 45 AFT CABIN BUILT TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS
Aft Cabin, Wide side decks, large foredeck and abundant exterior living space define this traditional yet innovative DeFever off-shore cruiser.
The flybridge provides a refrigerator, seating for five and two day berths, all with storage below, while an expansive full beam stretch of aft deck offers a wet bar with icemaker and space to accommodate deck furniture and even a grill.
The sundeck hardtop will accommodate a davit and sizeable dinghy. Quality components such as stainless deck hardware and handrails, fiberglass window frames and doors, and moulded non-skid decks are true to its DeFever heritage. This sturdy trawler is constructed with a hand laid solid fiberglass hull with a full enough keel to provide protection for the massive running gear.
The forward stateroom may be configured by choice. A traditional V-berth and adjacent ensuite head with shower, and vanity alcove is offered, as well as a centerline berth and split head. The island queen berth will result in a forward cabin that is 2ft. Longer and a saloon that shortened by 2ft.
The engine room is entered by a door at the foot of the forward stairwell. DeFever trademarks of standing room, maneuverability and easy access to the 135hp twin diesels and mechanical systems provide easy maintenance.
An open saloon gives owners the freedom to arrange their selected furniture and entertainment components or to design built-ins to suit their needs.
At the saloon helm station, instrumentation is duplicated from the bridge, with a large overhead console that will accept your choice of electronics. A convenient access door to the side deck and outstanding visibility are incorporated for safe piloting in foul weather.
The galley is brightened by two windows and well-appointed with plentiful cabinet and drawer storage, a three-burner stove (gas or electric), refrigerator/freezer, double stainless sink, and Corian countertop (granite option).
The appealing and spacious master stateroom offers a walk around king bed, large windows, abundant cabinetry, louvered hanging lockers, vanity and ensuite head with shower stall. Space for a washer/dryer is available within the large utility room. Rich hand rubbed teak cabin soles, paneling and cabinetry are featured throughout this distinctive yacht.
