Sensational sailfish S8 thats been totally customised for the very excited new owner
the standard finish is superb as usual and the layout is impressive on a standard boat which includes front vee bunks, toilet, anchor winch, drivers windscreen wiper, stereo, vhf, heaps of led lighting, rear lock up door, deck wash, live bait tank, self drain deck, foam filled hull & full aluminium drive on trailer................ But then customise it to exactly what your after and heres the end result
both fuel tanks have been increased from std 175 litres to 230 litres per side, front bow ladder added, second inside hardtop roof vent hatch added, 65 litre fridge added, 2 x 80ah house batterys added, remote controlled spotlight added, 4 x supa flash underwater lights added which can change colour and flashing modes from straight light to full blown disco mode, fully customised stereo upgraded to include 2 x subs, 4 pairs of speakers and amps, solar panel on roof keeps all batterys charged, 2nd windscreen wiper added, trailers got stone guards, walkway and a stainless steel boat catch added, theres a slip in side mount cray pot winch for pulling pots, a rear frame for extra shade, windscreen covers, a mount for a bbq and a recessed locker to house a gas bottle, outriggers are fitted with custom storage tubes fitted to the trailer to store them in...... Then theres the electronics..... Wow......... 2 x TZT14 furuno screens with twin stainless steel 1 kw transducers, radar, auto pilot and rear deck camera....... And then we fitted twin 2 x 200hp drive by wire yamaha engines with full fuel management and supa smooth operation.. On sea trials the boat was hitting above 45 knots and still rising in speed
so there we have it... A beautifully thought out boat thats a credit to the new owners high standard of fitout and testament to sailfish creating a beautiful looking, superb handing twin hull catamaran
