Overview
The YOT 36 is a good looking outboard powered catamaran which is a bit of a drivers boat. She's fun and easy to operate but will transform into an excellent platform for entertainment thanks to drop down wings that open up the space while keeping the overall beam sufficient to store in a regular marina berth.
Underway she is an excellent ride with a very smooth experience for passengers making this a very novice boater friendly design in my opinion. The joystick parking is also very simple due to the extra beam between both motors which allows for some good leverage on the motors and basically an easier parking experience for you.
I can see this boat appealing to the day boat masses and she'll serve you in that role perfectly. However if you want to travel for a long weekend away on a remote island you can do that too. I don't see any problem taking this boat offshore and staying aboard for multiple days out at your favourite hideaway.
I hope this video brings you some value and if you have questions for me I'm on Minnect.
