Based in Fremantle Western Australia, Saltwater Commercial Workboats are a leading force in design and construction of new build aluminium commercial vessels. Over the last 10 years we have built and sold over 30 commercial surveyed vessels in sizes ranging from 6.5m to 21.5m. Our clients have included - Rio Tinto Australia, P&O Maritime Australia, Ventia Group, Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency, Myanmar Water Resources, Western Australian Maritime Museum, Swan River Trust - along with an owner operator base around Australia.
We are extremely proud to have partnered with local naval architect Adam Schwetz and his team at Schwetz Design in Perth from our inception. This was obviously a key component of building a vessel which was going to comply, not only to Australian survey requirements, but also a boat which we knew was going to be designed to provide an exceptional ride, sea keeping abilities and withstand a heavy and demanding workload.
