A compact, tough and versatile Australian-made plate aluminium boat, the Formosa GRT 455 Tiller is designed for practical boating, fishing and exploring.

At 4.55 metres long with a 2.13-metre beam, the GRT 455 offers a spacious and stable platform while remaining easy to handle. Its aluminium V-hull is constructed using 4mm 5083 high-tensile aluminium bottom sheets and 4mm plate sides, with fully welded top decks and a large reverse-chine hull for added strength and stability.

The tiller-steer configuration keeps the layout simple and maximises usable space throughout the boat, making it an excellent choice for anglers and recreational boaters who value practicality and open deck space.

The boat features a large forward casting deck with storage, rear casting deck, side pockets, wide and deep gunwales with storage, six rod holders and a livewell with bait-board lid. EVA marine flooring is fitted to the lower floor and gunwales, while the underfloor fuel tank helps maximise available deck space.
