MASSIVE REDUCTION IN PRICE FROM $590K TO $395K - 18m Eco Tourism / Restaurant Vessel - " WETLANDER " a steel pontooned Tourist boat currently operating on Gunbower Creek an anabranch of the Murray River in Victoria. The vessel has a fully enclosed dining area on the lower level surrounded by large windows to take in the views. There is a New Mini Orb ceiling (Surfmist) in the dining area with LED down-lights and adequate speakers for the PA or for music.
The Evaporative Air-conditioned dining area also boasts a Bar with a double door polar fridge and a very adequate and effective Galley for preparing lunch and dinner menus. There is a staircase to access the upper level which is limited to 35 Guests to observe the views from a higher perspective. There is a UV Resistant Canopy measuring 6.1m x 6.1m for shelter from either inclement weather or direct sunshine. Also on the upper deck we have a light bar with Mercury floodlights x 5 and LED x 2 (small) to illuminate the waterway when night cruising. The hot water service and purpose built lockable gas storage facility (New) is located on the rear upper deck and is Certified by relevant Authorities.
The Vessel is Powered by 2 x Volvo Penta Marine Diesels located in both the Port and Starboard engine bays, They are low powered at 100hp each and produce 60hp each at 2900rpm which is 60% of tachometer reading. The Vessel is propelled by 2 x CWF Hamilton Jets and even at low knots is very maneuverable.
However she is also fitted with a Bow Thruster for more maneuverability which is seldom used.
There is an 8.5kv Isuzu Diesel in the Starboard Engine Bay which is her GENSET for mains power.
There are available open spaces on both the bow front deck which is open to the elements but has rails and a safety gate, (this is where the gangplank is attached for boarding) and the stern lower deck which is sheltered by the upper deck floor but has no walls and also has rails and 2 x gates. Also located on the stern lower deck are the amenities x 2 which are of a good size and have wash basins, Adequate bench space and mirror.
