The Permit Holder may access the Whitsunday Planning Area on a daily basis without the requirement to obtain a booking.
Maximum passenger capacity of more than 150 passengers across all vessels and using ancillary vessels.

One permission is extra special as it allows charter fishing in Yellow Zones. - These very rarely come on the market.

When using Vessel 1, the Permit Holder may conduct fishing activities as part of the tourist program in the
Conservation Park Zones in the Whitsunday Planning Area.
