Inception has been designed and built to AMSA commercial survey standards and has been inspected during the build accordingly to enable the vessel to be easily transferred into the purchaser's name on settlement.

This foundation will last a lifetime, with 5mm marine grade aluminium pontoons which also includes a 6m rear centre pod (Not fitted). These pontoons can carry a total combined weight of 48 tons when the vessel is completed and furnished. The 'C' section sub-structure is 8mm x 6mm aluminium, framing of steel galvanised 90x90 SHS, with a full alloy plank decking. There are also two stern pontoon storage areas which can be utilised for house batteries, inverters, generators, therefore all neatly stored away.

Under the vessel there are four water storage tanks with a 5,600L capacity. Plenty of room to carry massive black and grey water storage also. Two alloy engine pods included (not fitted) which can support 135Hp outboard motors of your choice.

Current plans available by negotiation, and an approximate cost estimate to complete pending requirements, fit outs, and furnishings. This can include options of second level spa bath, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc.
This project can be completed and transported locally or interstate if required.

Located in the lower Murray Region Mannum. Why buy a secondhand luxury vessel when you can build this new one for less.
