36' Liveaboard Home Cruiser

Built in 2005. Tried and proven on the mighty Murray River NSW/SA.
This comfortable flat bottomed home cruiser is fully off-grid equipped and self contained. She boasts three levels - entry inside from front deck, steps down to sunken kitchen then step up to bedroom, ablutions and rear deck. This boat DOES NOT have a flat floor running from front to rear, it is split-level.
Also note if you are 6ft tall or over you will need to duck your head slightly on the higher floor levels. The sunken kitchen area is a good 7ft high.
Ready to live on permanently or a fantastic weekender.

At the dock or on anchor 'Twocan' has three fresh water tanks holding a total of approx 600 litres.
An automatic pump system provides convenient full pressure to kitchen/shower/basin etc.
Hot water provided by a 16ltr instantaneous gas heater with remote temp control.
Meal time is taken care of with a fully equipped galley.
Modern kitchen featuring deep drawers and large double pantry.
There's even a roll-out Engel fridge for drinkies!
Power for electric appliances comes from a state-of-the-art lithium battery/solar array.
8 x 200w panels provide charge through a bluetooth monitored Victron system supplying 600AH through 3 x 200AH lithium house batteries.
240v is then delivered via a 5000w inverter.
**All this easily runs a huge frost-free fridge/freezer
( 210ltr fridge/115ltr freezer ) Total 325ltr's.
Plus extra 50ltr freezer for long voyages.
After dinner, kick back on your recliners, drop down the 48cm Sony Smart TV and enjoy your night's viewing pleasure.
Bedroom boasts a super comfy queen size bed adjacent to loads of wardrobe space.
Right alongside is a separate marine macerating toilet plus a generous shower cubicle.
Through the back door you have a spacious fold down swim deck.
Near new clears with built in fly screens enclose a good sized front deck comprising bar stool style drinks/dining table and also a BBQ.
From here drop down stairs lead to the upper deck, fully safety railed with bimini and flybridge style helm controls.
