A large L shaped lounge with plenty of storage takes up the Port side of the Saloon with a six person dinning table in the middle for those big family dinners. A couple of steps aft again through the private cabin door brings you to the main berth a queen sized bed. Room either side of the bed allowing easy acces something that is not always available on a house boat. A seperate toilet and shower in house hold proportions makes onboard living just that little bit easier.

Slide the back door open and step out onto the extended rear decking again with a full length overhead hardtop finished in marine grade carpet. Railing surround the back deck with a central access gate onto the drop down swim platform with stainless steel ladder. The perfect spot to throw a few crab nets out for a feed of crabs. Twin engine boxes protect the Yamaha outboards and double as day beds with room to open up another table for afternoon drinks on the back deck. Gas bottle storage and the Rinnai hot water system are securely stored with a ladder heading up to the roof so dad can show the kids how to do bombies into the river. A life lesson they will always remember.

A concise helm to the Port side is all you need in a house boat, it has the bare eseentials and thats perfect. Twin binnicle controls, hydraulic steering and a Garmin GPS / Sounder complete the stainless steel helm. Powered by a pair of Yamaha 60 Hp four stroke high thrust outboards showing just 42 hours at listing. You will genuinely apprecaite the larger 60 Hp engines with many boats just getting by on a pair of 25 Hp engines. It makes a significant difference.
