Bruce Harris Houseboat

Stepping aboard Sea Urchin, you are immediately welcomed by the timber floors with a warm cottage-style charm full of character, being14.5m in length x 5.4m wide, draft is just over. 5 of a metre making it ideal for the shallow waterways of the Broadwater.
Entry is via a side door, conveniently located midship, for easy access whilst in the Marina. The stand out feature is the open plan design and the uninterrupted view of the entire interior. Two electric recliners to Port, a 75-inch TV with Foxtel to Starboard, a lounge with enough room for family and friends, with 2.5-metre-high ceilings that make a huge difference in summer.
The kitchen to the Starboard side is quite modern, large and airy, with a vast array of cabinets, stainless-Steel sink, featuring a long benchtop, floor to ceiling pantry and side by side stand-up fridge, induction cooking, air-fryer and a microwave being excellent for the gourmet chef. The bedroom features a Queen size bed, opening directly onto the rear deck, next to a large bathroom with portable toilet and a full-size domestic shower.
The entire area cooled via split system air-conditioning, for when the afternoon sea breeze isn't doing its job. With Plenty of natural light and doors allowing ample cooling breeze to pass through the boat on a hot summer's day.
The foredeck has a pedestal that houses the steering and motor controls. The majority of this area is set up for entertaining and alfresco dining incorporating a Webber BBQ that all in all makes this the perfect spot for mandatory sundowners at 5pm.
This Houseboat was originally built as a commercial tourist shop. Professionally built on Bruce Harris Hulls with the addition of an Eagle Custom Centre Pontoon, added approximately 6 years ago to support the Yamaha 60 hp Outboard motor with only 42 hours on the clock. Also, entry from the aft deck is a compact electrical/storage room.
This vessel is currently registered and insured and being sold as is, including all furnishings and appliances. The elderly owner has recently lost his wife, and unfortunately not coping with the upkeep of his home of 15 years. The boat does need some minor repairs and a tidy up.
