CHANDON HOUSEBOAT HOLIDAY HOME ON LAKE EILDON  

CHANDON:
The name "Chandon" quiet often comes to mind as quality champagne, i. E. Moet et Chandon or Domaine Chandon. For the Eildon experience this can infer happy, great times celebrating with friends on magical Lake Eildon with a bit of sparkles.

The houseboat holiday home Chandon is very much about enjoying great times just celebrating life with family and friends on magical Lake Eildon.

After recent renovations and upgrades, Chandon certainly sparkles.

Importantly, the rear deck has been extended by 5 feet and a new hydraulic duckboard as well as new side boat boards have been installed. This type of extension is very popular with houseboat owners as it makes a big difference to the experience.

Whilst extending the pontoons for the rear deck a centre pontoon was added. Chandon now sits very well in the water with plenty of buoyancy.

Along with these upgrades new composite aluminium was used for external cladding and the eaves. This brings up the presentation of Chandon making her sparkle as well as minimizing maintenance. The new signs look good as well.

The renovations continued internally with new kitchen with all new appliances; new floor tiles; new 3rd bedroom; new bathroom; and all freshly painted.

The fresh painting continued upstairs with a complete paint of the Targa, Fly Bridge and Hardtop.

Chandon has very good Solar Electrics with a Victron Energy 3000watt Inverter/Charger System; an Outback Flexmac Solar Charge Controller; good Gel Batteries fed by 5 Solar Panels, and all backed up by a recently fully serviced Westerbeke 7kva Generator.

Whilst out of the water in 2023 the V8 Mercruiser Motor & Leg were fully serviced. A new GMW Compulsory Houseboat Inspection Report was issued at this time.

Chandon sparkles with all the renovations and upgrades. Chandon now has 3 bedrooms making her ideal for a family.

With all the Big-Ticket maintenance costs under control you can walk on board pop the champagne and start making great memories on magical Lake Eildon.
