We have been instructed by private owners to sell their lovely Mandurah-based houseboat 'CLANCY'.

"CLANCY" has been one of the most popular houseboats for hire from Mandurah Houseboats since she was built in 2007. The current owner has a long term hire/share agreement with MH and a new owner will have the option of continuing in such an agreement with MH or simply buying the boat for their own exclusive private use as a live-aboard or recreational boat. She can sleep 6.

She underwent a compulsory periodic inspection by AMSA in August 2024 and is not due for another inspection until August 2026. Under her current AMSA commercial classification certificate, she is licenced to carry 12 persons of which 6 may sleep aboard. The boat was lifted in Oct 2025, anti-fouled. And engines serviced, anodes checked/replaced.

She has been immaculately maintained and is only being sold as the retired owners have now relocated from Mandurah to the South West.

Prospective purchasers who wish to maintain an agreement with Mandurah Houseboats may request financials/contract terms following a viewing
Purchasers will need their own pen if they buy the boat for their own private use. A pen at Dolphin Quay is provided by MH if the boat is in a sharing agreement with them.
