This houseboat is fully off grid capable, with recently fitted Victron solar charger, 750 W solar panels & Victron Multiplus II inverter charger, battery monitor, 540 Ah battery bank & auto start Honda EU30Is generator backup.
Also included Microwave oven, Radio sound system, CB radio, BBQ, stick vac, some kitchen wares and a sofa bed.
Rear deck with storage & small outdoor setting, facility for a washing machine if required & tap for water supply.
Front deck has storage/ seating chest, tap & hose.
600mm wide walkways each side.
Last slipped in 2023 for insurance assesment, pontoon clean & inspect & maintenance, reported in good condition.
