As a Broker, I have always been impressed by this houseboat as an excellent entry level houseboat since she underwent a major refurbishment in 2013.

Importantly, the Solar Electric System has been upgraded with a large Cotex 3000watt Inverter, a Enerdrive Battery Charger, an Outback Solar Charge Controller, new House Batteries, and new Solar Panels. These are backed up by a new Honda Generator. Plus, a new Bosch Hot Water Service has been installed and with all this a ESV Gas Compliance Plate for the Houseboat.

Domani was out of the water with pontoons and motor leg serviced in 2020. A GMW Compulsory Houseboat Inspection Report was issued at this time.

With all these recent improvements, I am still very impressed by Domani as an excellent entry level family holiday home on the water.
