EUREKA:

One of the most magic times on Lake Eildon is to see a beautiful Rainbow hovering above the Lake. As the myth suggests, there is a Pot of Gold at the end of the Rainbow. When finding a Pot of Gold miners were known to shout Eureka!!!

The owners of Eureka believe they found their Pot of Gold when they purchased Eureka. They are now wishing to upgrade.

Eureka was built in 1990 by leading houseboat builder of the day in Gary Anderson. As long as they have been well maintained his houseboats have stood the test of time as well-built houseboats.

When you arrive onboard Eureka, you can see she has been well loved and maintained. This should provide confidence in purchasing Eureka.

Importantly, Eureka has the modern open plan layout with side kitchen, side internal stairs, and spacious rear lounge opening onto the rear deck with the important hydraulic duckboard.

Eureka has two formal bedrooms and three Couch/Sofa Beds to provide plenty of sleeping when everyone turns up for the weekend.

A new GMW Compulsory Houseboat Inspection Report was issued at this time. The external walls and decks of Eureka have recently been painted with new signwriting. The house batteries were new in November 2021. The internal carpet has just been steam cleaned.
