Flat out at work all week, well it is time to be flat out on your back relaxing and taking in the magnificent beauty of magical Lake Eildon, especially this year with a full Lake as the water just blends into the forests and the mountains on your fantastic family holiday home on the water, Flat Out.

Flat Out was built by one of the leading professional houseboat builders of the time in Gary Anderson. His houseboats have what we say as having good bones and they have stood the test of time. The current owners have done an excellent job of refurbishing Flat Out to give her a vibrant, fresh, and inviting appearance.

New external composite aluminium cladding for the walls and eaves; New exterior decking; Freshly painted throughout; The Bathroom has been redone; The Kitchen has been redone; Upstairs is a great all year round relaxation and entertainment space with new blinds, new clear screens and new furniture.

Flat Out has good Solar Electrics with an Outback Inverter, Morningstar Solar Charge Controller and a bank of Exide Energy Store House Batteries. These are backed up by a Quicksilver QS-5.0G Generator.

Flat Out was slipped in 2023, this year, and has a new GMW Compulsory Houseboat Inspection Report.

Flat Out will make a great holiday home for a family with three good sized bedrooms, a new styled bathroom, rear lounge opening onto the rear deck with hydraulic duckboard. A big plus for this houseboat is the R/C Air-Conditioner.

This all adds up to everything has been done; all the major maintenance issues are under control; there is five years of happy houseboating before having to spend any significant money.
