"One Life" has recently been upgraded with excellent improvements, taking what was a quality built and maintained houseboat to another level.
The major improvements have been to the first storey level. To the front is a all new Master Bedroom with a King sized walkaround bed with front views. A beautiful ensuite with walk in robe adjoins the master bedroom.
Further, the owners have created an important second entertainment/relaxation space that can be used all year round. This includes a new kitchen. To the rear, just press a button and the full width all weather blind comes down. Importantly, there is still a space to enjoy the sun. Another plus is this area is serviced by a R/C Air-Conditioner.
At water level, what was the master bedroom now provides a great guest room for when the grandparents join the family for a weekend. The other two bedrooms have been upgraded with double ¾ walkaround beds. The upgrade including redoing the bathroom and it looks great.
With the stone benchtops, the quality appliances and excellent views you will prepare some great meals in the kitchen.
To the rear is the second relaxation/entertainment space for the other generation to relax on the couches and watch their shows on the TV. This area opens up and embraces the rear deck with the double width opening doors. The large hydraulic duckboard provides a great space to have a splash in the water or relax and watch a magical sunset.
One Life enjoys high quality Solar Electrics with a state of the art Selectronic SP PRO Series Inverter/Charger System; a Victron Energy Smart Solar Charge Controller; 8 quality Solar Panels feeding 48 Yuasa house Batteries. A Kohler 8kva Generator backs up this system.
A great improvement has been the installation of a Bow Thruster to aide manoeuvrability. A new GMW CHIR was issued in 2025. There are three other positives features worth a mention. The whole front deck extends by 1m (just like the gangplank). Secondly there is an FSA Total Water Filter System with triple cannisters and a UV Light. Thirdly there are electric blinds in the Living Area and Master Bedroom.
