Quattro provides a great opportunity as you can just walk on board and start enjoying the Lake.

Quattro underwent a major refurbishment and came back onto the Lake in 2020 with a bright, fresh, and inviting appearance. A new GMW CHIR was issued in October 2020.
Importantly, Quattro has a Rear Lounge with a large TV and two couches that click down into double beds if required.
There are two main bedrooms with double beds, and each has its own bathroom with vanity and shower. The Rear Lounge has two Toilets.
The forward kitchen and dining area is well designed and functional with smart storage and all of the conveniences you would expect in a recently renovated houseboat. Smart design is how the Helm is incorporated into the Servery.

The Internal Stairs take you to the upstairs lounge/entertainment space which is a feature on Quattro. The side position of the stairs opens up this great entertainment area.
There is a full set of clear screens which enable you to use this space all year round. To the front are day beds; then room for a quality wicker cane outdoor dining setting and then to the rear importantly enough space to relax on the sun lounges to enjoy the sunshine.
Important to note, the house batteries were replaced in 2022. These with the inverter, solar charge controller and solar panels provide good power to the houseboat. This is backed up by a Honda 5kva Generator.

Quattro recently renovated inside and out is bright, spacious and modern in both looks and amenity with the rear lounge, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets (a big plus) and the feature all year round upstairs relaxation/entertainment area under the hardtop.
