Ramsey Houseboat For Sale

I'm selling my houseboat in Yelta, VIC, about 25 km downriver of Mildura. I bought the boat as a project with a friend in 2022. As with any project, it took twice as long, cost twice as much etc..

I was going to live on the boat, but my plans have changed and now it's up for sale. The boat is in good condition and would best suit a single or couple who want to live-aboard as its set out as a one-bedroom house.

The mooring

The mooring doesnt belong to me, i lease the mooring from NSW Maritime for $900py. The new buyer will have 1st dibs on the mooring.

If you've started looking at houseboats, you will know that the mooring is a huge issue as they are rarer than rocking horse poo. This mooring is fantastic, it easily fits 6 cars, is quiet and accessible by 2WD vehicles, with ZERO crime as its 'away' from busy places

I'm going to be leaving Mildura soonish and will be heading back to Northern NSW, so I'm selling the boat as a Walk In/ Walk Out affair. I will be taking my personal effects and the my tools. Apart from that, its all yours

You are more than welcome to try out the houseboat. Its currently at my mooring in Yelta VIC. If you are really nice, i will take you out for a cruise
