New Listing
The Princess
$295,000
Houseboat only - no mooring.
Moama Murray River.
Huge Houseboat.
To say The Princess is a one of a kind Houseboat is a understatement - originally built as a restaurant houseboat and has since been converted to a private houseboat. To really appreciated the size of this houseboat you need to step on and walk around. The internal staircase is a work of art so to speak. This houseboat has massive opportunity for the right buyer to add their touch and possibly do some major renovation which is needed on some parts of the boat. The new owner will need to have a large river mooring or even take to another part of the Murray River, be it in NSW/Vic or South Australia. The currently owners are looking to down size, thus the reason to sell. If you are looking for history and a houseboat that has charm charter and needs some work then this is the purchase for you.
