A Fishing Tour Operators License is a requirement if you wish to conduct a marine tourism operation involving fishing activities. This license allows those activites in the West Coast and North Coast (Pilabara/Kimberley) Bioregions. The West Coast Region runs from Black Point east of Augusta, to the Zuytdorp Cliffs, north of Kalbarri. The North Coast Pilbara/Kimberley zone runs from just west of Onslow at 114deg 50' East, to the Northern Territory border. The licence carries the current West Coast rock lobster exemptions.
