Mercury 115hp CT 25" Shaft Outboard & Gear

Selling my near new Mercury 115hp (XL / 25" shaft) Command Thrust with Binnacle controls & digital gauge.

Only has 62hours (pictured) and has just been serviced (November 2025) and is up to date with Mercury's warranty program.

The Command Thrust models are an upgrade to the standard 115hp, with large leg & gearbox from the 150hp, and running a stainless steel Enertia prop.

Is in great running condition and prior to de-rigging from boat, can have mechanic provide letter of working condition. Outboard & gear will be de-rigged in January 2026 and put back on its Mercury Pallet/Crate ready for transport and installation (rigging will go in a box strapped with the outboard).

Can include Baystar Hydraulic Steering in sale, however will be offered for extra $. Reason for sale is parting out the vessel (Hull Issue) and have a new boat on the way with engines already fitted.
