Description: Sea Pen to suit large Catamaran
Custom made Sea Pen for 21M x 8.25M Power Catamaran. Launched October 2018. Located at Cullen Bay Marina, Darwin.
Can be relocated by lifting out of the water by crane, cut the pontoons into sections, then packed into a 6M sea container for transport. Once at the new site the pontoons can be plastic welded back together with standard pipe welding machine, which can be hired.
Reason for selling is that the boat is moving from Darwin to cruise the eastern states.
Standard practice in Darwin is to leave the Sea Pen up wet, which stops the antifouling and Prop Speed from drying out, but the water in the pen quickly looses oxygen and fouling creatures cannot survive. Over time the pens fill with fresh water from rain and boat washing etc. Great for flushing engines and pumps with fresh water.
All air and water pumps work well.
