Entry and Egress is easy due to open waters behind with plenty of manouvering space and are close to the lock. They are located near the end of 'F' finger so there is minimum pedestrian traffic and a short distance from the marina abolutions and facilities block. The marina allows liveaboard by permit. I lived aboard for 5 years so know it has a friendly community and the facilities are well managed. The marina is surrounded by prestigious homes and located close to the Darwin CBD. I have sold my yachts and relocated to QLD. Council rates are $572 pa. Each. Body Corp fees $2772 pa (15m) & $2344 pa (13m). NOTE: A 15% discount on the BC fees is available if paid on time.
Liveaboard fee is $250.00 per month and can be paid weekly.
