The mooring site is 200m2 (25m x 8m, but max circa 7.5m x circa 20m houseboat allowable) and has infrastructure services in place/accessible including - town water, electricity, sewage pump-out & garbage disposal facilities. Lessee is obliged to comply with the terms and conditions of the Mildura Marina Management Agreement.
Note that in accordance with the Mildura Marina Management Agreement, occupants must not reside on the vessel whilst moored the in marina berth without consent of the Harbourmaster. Also note that the Old Mildura Bridge (Dockside Drive bridge) clearance height is marked at 5.0 meters to enter the western side of the marina.
